By entering The VR Zone premises and/or participating in any activity, you acknowledge and agree that photographs,
video recordings, livestreams, gameplay captures, and other media may be taken during your visit.

These may include, but are not limited to:

• VR gameplay on screens or monitors;
• Birthday parties and group celebrations;
• Kids laser tag sessions;
• Racing simulators and other attractions;
• General facility and atmosphere shots.

You understand and agree that The VR Zone may use this media for marketing, advertising, social media,
website content, digital or printed promotional materials, and public relations.
No financial compensation will be provided for the use of such media.

8.2 Minors

For individuals under 18 years of age, consent for photography and video is deemed granted by the parent,
guardian, or authorized supervising adult when booking, entering, or participating in activities at The VR Zone.

8.3 Opt-Out Requests

If you do not wish for yourself or your child to appear in photos, videos, or promotional content, you must notify
a staff member at check-in. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request and avoid intentionally
capturing you in promotional media.

8.4 Customer-Generated Content

Guests may take personal photos and videos for non-commercial, private use. However, you may not:

• Sell or license footage taken at The VR Zone without written permission;
• Use images or videos of The VR Zone for commercial or promotional purposes without our written consent;
• Record other guests without their consent in a manner that violates their privacy;
• Post media that portrays unsafe, offensive, or misleading conduct in the facility.

Any commercial or promotional use of images or videos taken at The VR Zone requires prior written approval from us.

9. No Food & Drink Takeaway Policy

Food and beverage items provided as part of your reservation, packages, or add-ons are for on-site enjoyment only
during your reserved session. These items are not permitted to be taken off the premises at the end of your booking.

10. Damage & Equipment Policy

Guests are expected to treat all equipment and furnishings with care. This includes VR headsets, controllers,
PCs, consoles, racing rigs, screens, furniture, and any other arcade equipment.

Deliberate damage, misuse, or theft of equipment may result in a repair or replacement fee, which may be charged
to the person making the booking or the responsible adult in the group.

11. Laser Tag Safety & Conduct

For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, players must follow all safety instructions given by staff and displayed
in the laser tag or activity areas.

In particular, guests must not:

• Engage in horseplay, pushing, or intentional physical contact;
• Run in a reckless or unsafe manner;
• Ignore staff instructions or safety warnings.

The VR Zone reserves the right to remove any guest from an activity or from the premises, without refund,
for unsafe, abusive, or non-compliant behavior.

12. Corporate & School Photography Policy

Corporate groups, schools, and other institutions may request that no photography or videography be conducted
during their session. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests and may designate areas
or entire sessions as a “No Media Zone” upon prior agreement.

13. Privacy

including booking details and any information submitted through our website or booking platforms.

14. Reservation of Rights
