Welcome to VR Zone Family Arcade
1. Booking & Payments
- Please have your confirmation (email/text) and receipts ready upon arrival.
- A 25% downpayment is required to secure your reservation slot.
- All remaining balances must be settled on entry for your booked time slot.
- Late arrivals will result in reduced activity time to ensure the next booked time slot can start on schedule.
2. Arrival & Parking
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early so you can start on time.
On-site parking is limited to 2 vehicles only. Additional vehicles should utilize street parking on Cornelio Street (directly opposite our building).
3. Dress Code & Hygiene
Not Permitted
*Sanitary/religious coverings allowed.
Preparation
Opt for simple hairstyles and minimal makeup to ensure wearable gear fits securely.
4. Health & Safety
- Stop play immediately if you feel dizzy or nauseated.
- Stay within designated play zones at all times.
- Caution is advised for those sensitive to light/motion.
5. Age Requirements
5 Years Old: Minimum age for players and spectators.
Not counted as players. Cannot use equipment. Included in food packages. Must be supervised by an adult.
6. Conduct
Handle all equipment and furniture with care. We are a family-friendly zone; respectful behavior is mandatory.
7. Food & Drinks
Refreshments provided in packages are for on-site consumption only and may not be taken to go.
8. Personal Items
Keep belongings safe; we are not responsible for lost items.
9. Departure
Please leave the arcade tidy and vacate promptly at the end of your session.
