Leadership & Operations

Responsible for operational integrity, brand reputation, and facility health. This role balances technical oversight with team leadership.

1. Operational Readiness

  • Manage start/end of day sequences
  • Ensure "Customer-Ready" environment
  • Conduct pre-op floor walks

2. Technical Oversight

  • Verify integrity of all VR gear/consoles
  • First line troubleshooting & glitches
  • Manage all peripheral power levels

3. Inventory & Supply

  • Monitor and restock concessions
  • Maintain mission-critical tools
  • Strict supply chain documentation

4. Revenue & Marketing

  • High-energy TikTok/IG content creation
  • Drive sales & repeat bookings
  • Secure POS & financial balancing

5. Leadership & Team

  • Direct and delegate floor attendants
  • Mentor staff in service excellence
  • Hands-on floor support during peak

6. Guest Relations

  • Proactive "Smile Factor" management
  • Exceed customer expectations daily
  • Ensure safe, high-energy group fun

1. Guest Engagement

  • Active Hosting: Facilitator of fun

2. Technical Mastery

  • Expert knowledge of every game
  • Troubleshoot gear on the fly
  • Clear, quick mechanical instruction

3. Sanitation Standards

  • Meticulous gear wipes after every use
  • Regularly sanitize all high-touch areas
  • Maintain the Cyberpunk aesthetic

4. Confectionery Service

  • Prepare popcorn, hot dogs, & sodas
  • Maintain spotless food prep workstation
  • Manage snack orders without delays

5. Teamwork

  • Collaborate for Field Trips & Parties
  • Alert teammates to equipment needs
  • Reliable "step-in" dependability

6. Commitment

  • Weekends & Public Holiday specialist
