Temporary Suspension of Staff-Taken Photos & Videos

Due to a technical issue with our internal storage and delivery systems, we are currently unable to provide staff-taken photos and videos as part of any packages. This affects both recent visitors who may be awaiting media files, as well as guests with upcoming bookings.

Until this issue is resolved:
• This feature will be temporarily removed from all package descriptions.
• Guests are still welcome—and encouraged—to take their own photos and videos during their visit.

We know how much those memories mean, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Our team is working diligently to restore this service and we will notify you as soon as it’s available again.
